Suggests you call
Buyer's Trust Real Estate & Relocation
"Get a broker on your side. In most states, real-estate agents work for
the seller, not the buyer. This means that the
agent wants to get the seller the best price possible. Using a buyer's
broker, who has your best interest in mind, may help you shave thousands
off a home's purchase price, mortgage or various other costs, and there
is no fee to the consumer." Woman's Day suggests to find a buyer's broker,
you should call one of the many referral services across the country such
as Buyer's Trust 203-546-8127

Town Profiles and Market Data
The 1998-99 Connecticut Town Profiles are a biennial
publication of the Research division. There are two pages of statistics
about each town in the state, and a page of summary statistics for regions
such as counties, labor market areas, and the whole state. They have sections
on demographics, economics, education, local government, housing, labor
force, and quality of life, more than 200 statistics in total. All the
profiles are available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format at this web
site: see below. This format allows us to preserve the formatting and design
of the profiles.
