Adele is regarded as a pioneer of exclusive buyer
representation and an expert in her field. With more than 22 years
experience in the real estate industry, she has spent the past 15 years
working exclusively as a buyer's agent involved in millions of dollars of
real estate transactions throughout the Columbia metropolitan area.
Adele is married to Ron and they have six grown children and thirteen
grandchildren scattered across the US. The majority of their free time is
spent visiting family or entertaining family at their son's – s home on Lake
Murray where Adele's passion for cooking is indulged.
Originally licensed with traditional listing firms, Adele recognized the
need to form The Buyer's Realty, a real estate company dedicated to
safeguarding the buyer from overpaying or accepting poor property conditions
and unfavorable purchase terms. Her background has included licensing in
Ohio and Broker's licenses in Oklahoma, Nevada and South Carolina. She was
president of Carolina Business and Professional Women and past president and
Woman of the Year of a chapter of the American Business Women's Association.
Adele maintains a particularly high level of communication with her clients
whether they are purchasing their first home, relocating cities, building a
newly constructed home or purchasing commercial property. In addition, she
has helped buyers save thousands of dollars through her market evaluation
