Candy Lynn Wilson is
Lake Oswego's Home Buying Expert |

Candee began her real estate career leasing office space in buildings owned
by Harry and Leona Helmsley in Chicago, IL. She moved to Oregon in 1978 and
after two years she opened her own insurance agency. Burned out on insurance
after 10 years, she took two years off traveling around Europe then jumped
back into real estate again. She opted for residential real estate and after
one year decided that she would work with buyers only. As an exclusive
buyers agent, she found great joy in making dreams come true for her mostly
first-time buyers and relished in showing off her adopted state to newcomers
to the area. Now, Candee has been practicing exclusive buyer agency longer
than almost anyone else in the state and has never tired of helping people
into their first home or extolling Oregon's virtues to those relocating to
the area. So many of her clients have become like family, it has become hard
to devote time to all of them, but it doesn't stop her from trying.
HomeBuyer
Helpers was established by Candee Lynn Wilson in March of 1997 with the
intent of building it into a multi-agent exclusive buyer agency. Today,
however, it is still a one-woman shop because Candee decided the formality
of an agency is not what made her happy, but being able to interact with her
clients over tea or coffee at her kitchen table was. The informal setting
sets the stage for a well-developed homebuying process that is fast, fun,
stress-free and informative.

Trust Relocation Network Woman's Day Magazine Suggests you call Buyer's
Trust Real Estate
"Get a broker on your side. In most states, real-estate agents
work for the seller, not the buyer. This means that the agent wants to
get the seller the best price possible. Using a buyer's broker, who has
your best interest in mind, may help you shave thousands off a home's purchase
price, mortgage or various other costs, and there is no fee to the consumer."
Woman's Day suggests to find a buyer's broker, you should call one of the
many referral services across the country such as Buyer's Trust 203-546-8127
