a computer consultant for many years, Ira developed the art of communicating
and negotiating for his many clients. In 1986, after completing his computer
consulting assignments, Ira returned to school and obtained his designation
as a Certified Financial Planner. He entered the real estate field as a
traditional real estate agent and quickly realized that home buyers were not
being represented in their most expensive purchase. He felt that agents were
taking advantage of the naive buyer and decided to educate and protect
buyers. Ira worked as an Exclusive Buyer Agent and opened up Best Buyers
